Forest View

Forest View is a small community backed by parklands in Springfield Virginia. Its 67 units have fenced in backyards and decorative plants and trees as part of the community. Forest View is close to Franconia Metro station, Springfield Mall and just minutes to I95 and the Fairfax County Parkway.

Forest View is what is known as a planned unit development (PUD). Within a PUD there are individually owned lots and homeowners association owned common area. Both types of property are bound together by a declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions.

The Forest View Homeowners Association is governed by ‘Governing Documents’ - the Declaration, the Articles of Incorporation, and the By-Laws (to view these Governing Documents, go to tab ‘Downloads/Governing Documents’). The Association is a mandatory membership organization that each homeowner belongs to as a condition of ownership. Operation of the Association is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors (elected at annual meetings) and a management company.
